They are depend on one senior person. If you want to put your point of view then they rejects it. They always put you down. You can not grow there. Very bad environment. Even boss is very greedy type. Not want to gave you good salary even after a certain period in company.
Cons
At least give equal value to your employees. And grow your mind don't be so greedy behind money.
