Lots of training and investment, loyalty from the board and management, regular one-to-ones with your line manager, talented colleagues, award winning office, company meetings, away days, LOTS of social events, free perks (pizza tuesdays, company breakfast, free fruit, private healthcare, gym membership, cheap city centre parking), performance and salary reviews, flexible hours, strong company culture, amazing office in the heart of liverpool.
Cons
Hardware not great. PMs / AMs / UX given laptops, everyone else expected to work on desktops, which is such a shame as they have this amazing new office with hot desk facilities but no ability for half of the company to make use of them. If I want to WFH I have to RDP onto my desktop which isn't a great experience
