terrible dont work here - BOH Team Member Mandy's Employee Review

Head office piles the work onto their minimum wage employees. There are new tasks every week that go on top of the ones staff already have. Head office has no care for their on the floor staff yet preaches family values. The environment is exploitive and there is an insanely high turn over rate. Staff can be clique-y and exclusive, making it a bad experience for the staff that are not in the core group. There is much more negative things to say but I don't feel like giving Mandy's more of time. Don't work here .
