Pros
Great PTO/ Earned time/ Health Insurance Working will all ages and populations Highly dedicated providers Inservices/ Staff meetings
Cons
They mean well with this mission however all the focus is on going forward and very little on improving what is not working in some locations. Consisdering a key part of the statemment is providing quality and comprehensive care for all we should be able to address what flows/ policies that should be improved. Daily you are managing a triage bucket/ prescription bucket, phone calls, walk ins, nurse visits, provider in-house orders/ assitance. Things that should be addressed same day go 4/5 days. For the growth they have had they need to be more realistic in the care provided and at what speed it can be delivered safely. You are doing that with 2/3 other nurses for a clinic with 8/9 providers on. MA's are doing PA's for imaging- time consuming. The culture is uncomfortable at best with certian providers feeling entitled to being demeaning towards staff and patients. Staff is very cliqued and often rude to new hires. Staff also talks very poorly about coworkers consistently, if someone does not like you watch out. HR is also unlike any HR I have encountered the absolute lack of professionalism in feedback was appauling and from management.
