Pros
The one positive aspect is that you never lose your accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)
Cons
"In my opinion, if I could give this company negative 10 stars, I would. The benefits are mediocre at best. You receive 0 holidays off and are allotted 23 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), which means you have to use your PTO for holidays. Most companies offer between 18-23 days of PTO including holidays, but here you're effectively left with only around 13 true days off.
The management is poor, and the company is incredibly cheap, failing to invest in essential resources. For instance, if 10 employees need the same software, they’ll only purchase 1-3 licenses, forcing you to share and making it nearly impossible to complete your tasks efficiently. They have unrealistic expectations, often requiring projects to be completed much faster than what’s possible given the limited resources.
While you're paid for 50 hours if you work 50 hours a week, there’s a catch: you're often expected to work an additional 5-15 hours for free due to their impossible deadlines. If you don’t manage to hit these targets, you risk being reprimanded for "overcharging" despite the extra time you’ve put in.
This is by far the worst company I've worked at in the past three years. Turnover is high, and even some of the best employees don’t last more than two weeks. Once they experience the work environment, they realize they've arrived at 'Slave Valley.'"
