No work/life balance, Constantly contacted on days off and evening off, Bad higher management, no appreciation for the hard work that you do and the extra unpaid hours that you put in, No pay rise system, huge workload with little time, little staff and no support, hard to stay motivated with the working conditions. High stress atmosphere at all times. Unrealistic expectations. Very little communication. Huge constant staff turnover due to all reasons mentioned above.
