      Decent pay, decent scheduling (due to my former manager)

      Cons

      Got a different manager when I transferred to another outlet, where I was required to OT almost every two days. Thus I would say it really depends on which manager you get

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
