They provided very good environment to work and it's very enjoyable

Some time there will not be alot of job availability

*thinks long and hard but struggles to come up with any pros*

They cancel your shift about an hour before it is supposed to start and double-book you, so you turn up to a shift to find that they already have someone there. No job security. They try to pay you less than what you are owed at every given opportunity. No people skills whatsoever!
