Pros
No special skills needed to get job here Favoritism, Politics, and Zero Respect for Employees — That's the Culture Here
Cons
Mid-level management is painfully incompetent. Engg-VPs, Directors and Managers lack real skill and bring zero creativity. Every new feature is a shameless copy from popular apps and social media platforms. Original thinking doesn't exist here. The HR department operates like it makes rules on the spot. Policies exist when it suits them and vanish when it doesn't. Don't expect any fairness or transparency. Performance reviews are a nightmare. They get pushed back months because senior leaders are too busy. When they finally sit down with you, the only goal is to justify paying you less. They'll dig for every excuse to cut your raise. The whole process feels like a punishment, not a reward. Senior leadership(VP's) carries massive egos. They love reminding everyone who's in charge and end up creating drama between teams for no reason. A small group of old-timers basically run the show. They get all the praise, all the awards, all the perks — every single year. New employees or genuinely hardworking people get absolutely nothing. It's a popularity contest disguised as a merit system They have zero respect for your personal life. Major cultural festivals and public holidays get cancelled on a whim. People have been dragged to office on holidays just to please the top bosses — not because there was any real work. Your traditions, your family time, none of it matters here
