Pros
This is by far the best place I've worked at. The Support Team has set the bar for future teams in my life SO HIGH it's never been matched since. Supportive (haha), transparent, organized, always ready to help, clever and witty. I'm glad to see that, judging by the recent reviews, they still got it. But since Support Team had its own culture set a bit aside from product teams and management, it's difficult to talk about the company as a whole. But even though there were issues and misunderstandings in the 4 years I've worked there, I personally was generally treated fairly, and the company always seemed to provide its workers with benefits. Important note: we didn't have any extra hours outside of working schedule in our team, so balance of goods-to-downsides may have been a bit different for other teams.
Cons
When I left, a lot of people told me they had experienced being overworked here quite often (I heard it from product teams or teams related to office and event organizational matters). My experience seems to have been protected from the red flags of a startup and hustle culture by the Support Team. I am grateful to what I had and I am sorry I didn't know that there were mistreatments at the time of me working there.
