7yThank you for your review. I fully understand the frustration of doing double duty when a position isn't filled immediately. When we cannot promote from within and need to go outside our"family" to fill a position it takes some time. We try to compliment the personalities and work ethic of those in the department so that there can be a strong team working for the same outcome with little to no drama or growing pains.
