Pros
There really aren't that many. The only good one I can think of is that the staff that actually works the floor is really good and have good teamwork. Works well with schedules for the most part Good pay...now..
Cons
Where does one begin... The management is horrible, they treat it as the good old boys club and if youe not in it they will bully you into wanting to quit your job (don't know how many times ive watched this) The floor staff is not appreciated. Management doesn't help out of floor. Cna coordinator is very rude to staff & won't lift a finger to help the floor staff but will belittle them.
