Pros

The pay was ok and the work wasn’t to hard, but was stressful.

Cons

The company didn’t care or even care to know their employees. It was work and if you didn’t meet your quota, which could be very stressful at times, you got in trouble. They run on a point system so no matter what the reason you missed it was a point, even with a doctor note. It was exactly what you would imagine when you think stereotypical factory plus they worked you to the bone. They pay was pretty good for the area but they would have so many layoffs I rarely ever made a full paycheck. Not a good place to work!

Pros

I've been employed with Maples since 2009. You are treated like you are just another number and easily replaceable. The turnover rate is so high that rarely will there be a full crew to work. If you learn a new job, you are expected to do that job when told, no questions ask. Management is incompetent and is always thinking about their bottom line and not about their employees well being. They try to act like they are a family company and you are a "member" of that family. I haven't received a raise in over 5 years with no raise expected anytime soon. Word of advice, if you must work here, let this be a place to work while you look for a real place to work that will treat you fairly. The only thing that keeps me there is the insurance.

Cons

Pretty much everything but the insurance
