      Seemed nice to begin but….

      Unrealistic expectations on a poor salary. Was dressed down by the manager for talking to a client. It’s like the Rolex shop. Nothing else sells and the teams are miserable

      Micromanagement No room or very little room for progression Very low commission : 0.6% jewellery, 0.4% SPBs, 0.2% Rolex Slow to no action from management Minimal support Selling “Care” product as a KPI is ridiculous
