Sometimes schedules can be tough if kids are out sick, but like any field with kids. Maraca does everything they can to combat these difficulties diligently and with compassionate flexibility.

Lots of training, Plenty of natural light

Center is overcrowded, reporting structure is poor, HR is off site, schedules change hourly, all other employees are reporting on you and management will take action without asking you, I was hired for 22.50/hr but that only counts for clinical hours. 85% of hours were paid at $15/he. Was offered medical benefits as part of employment, then told they aren’t available until I consistent reach 30 BILLABLE hours per week. They hired way too many RBT’s and didn’t have hours to go around.
