      Free environment, good people, Team leads having more knowledge than PM.

      Cons

      Not much. But the size of Cafeteria is small to pick the spot to have lunch is little tough.

      - Location - Good opportunity to get involved in the shipping industry - Fair bonus scheme -Good pension scheme

      Cons

      - Salary - No values - Behavior from Head of chartering was at least unfair - No career progression - Does not focus on its employees satisfaction
