Pros
You feel like part of the team when you're an intern. I worked on multiple key projects with real influence, I was never micromanaged or "bossed" around. I loved it.
Cons
There's not many cons, if any. Money is great, benefits are great, and there's a lot of people to potentially help you if you need support. My only con would be there's a lot of meetings that feel unnecessary and stagnant.
