Pros
The pros are only that management is good. But they need to speak to employee’s one on one. I hope they read this as the level below them, Many HOD's, they don't treat all team members equally. Specially while last promotion, People got designations without any work. It doesn't matter you work had or you don't. So it’s very demotivating. When you get such designation then people feel they are very smart and they can behave whatever they want. Few Favorite people have leverage for 1 punch and others 2 punch mandatory, those who are working like slave. If you are 1 minute late they few HOD's are approving the swipe but everyone not get it. If you are working properly then you will get annually increment 7 to 15% depends on your HOD. But if you gave resignation then you will get 30 to 40% hike to retain you. Why you get to know the value of employee after resignation? Even if you re overloaded with work they won’t increase the Manpower or support staff.
Cons
HR Head is only for name sake which is been said internally by all employees. If you discuss your problem then she will say she is helpless. She doesn't bother whether employees are getting any benefit or not. You will hear Legal team screaming on their staff but no action as all are scared of their jobs. In current situation only 1.5 Lacs of mediclaim which is very minimum. If you co-ordinate with the lady who heads the mediclaim then you will understand what level of people working. I had very bad experience while coordinating with her. In critical situation we really unable to think anything and by sending 1 email your work doesn't complete. Few HR Staff is very rude so don't expect them to help. I had to complete minimum 1 year tenure to get my Experience letter. Trainee’s need to complete 3 years. Everything is manipulated. So won’t recommend this to anyone.
