Pros

* Incredibly smart team * I feel very connected to the kids we work with in care and our mission as a company * Most people here, myself included, are working on super meaningful work and have a lot of responsibility

Cons

This is my 3rd job in my career and hands down the best so far

Pros

I love Marble so much!! I feel so appreciated and trusted here. I get to do the work I love with kids and families every day, while also earning hours toward my LCSW with the support of an incredible supervisor. Shout out to Jennifer — I’m beyond grateful for her. She shows up every week, offers thoughtful and constructive feedback, and always encourages me. The leadership team is fantastic, and the product and engineering teams consistently seek out therapists’ perspectives, which I value so much. The entire team is genuinely appreciative of therapists, and I have never felt this valued in a workplace before. I also really value that we don’t have waitlists for clients, which means families can access care when they need it, and therapists have the ability to create flexible schedules that support work-life balance. The founders, Dan and Jake, are absolutely wonderful. I feel truly grateful to be part of this team.

Cons

I genuinely don’t have any major drawbacks to note. Like any virtual therapy role, there can occasionally be minor technology or internet issues, so being comfortable with on-the-spot problem-solving is helpful. That said, the product team is always improving the platform and truly values feedback from therapists and clients. Concerns are taken seriously, and updates are made with care and intention, which makes challenges feel manageable and supported rather than frustrating.

Pros

- Competent and caring coworkers - Good mission - Pretty good comp

Cons

- Management is opaque and overbearing, micromanages - Nonconstructive feedback, very little concern for your growth, just your productivity - kind of a startup bro culture - basically 996, though they claim otherwise
