The job is very creative, and the coworkers are in general very nice and there is a good work culture. The client base, in particular the designers and Architects are amazing people who you can learn a lot from.
Cons
The company does not give commission reports or breakdowns on how commissions are calculated. You have to be very proactive with finding this out. It can be difficult to track who your sales are going to since the company sells to multiple vendors in addition to the showrooms and online. Apart from that it is a pretty good place to work.
