      Pros

      Staff is friendly but under qualified.

      Cons

      Office space is in a basement, very cold and dark. It's so cold that people have heaters under their desk. Upper management is in a different floor, above ground. Certainly much better than all the rest of the staff downstairs

      Pros

      Great people, smaller company without the large corporate culture feel and red tape. They keep growing in market share and making quality changes within. Promotion from within for people that work hard and have previous experience comes very quickly.

      Cons

      Hourly wage is most likely industry average but low if "Underemployed."
