Everyone on here is saying flexible, but that is only if they like your work. Many expect feedback longer than the essay itself and if it is not up to par you are put on a time crunch to finish.

Pros covers a lot of it, but this is not a company I would ever work for again. The pay is comically low for what they expect of you. Supervisors will expect you to produce extremely high quality work for essays and homework in 6-12 minutes per assignment. They follow extremely rigid guidelines and if you do not exactly adhere to it they reprimand you. There are much better wfh jobs that actually respect your time and energy.
