They invest heavily in training for the "Marcum Way". LOVED the templates Had a whole department for IT Audit which is un-heard of in smaller firms. Benefits such as health insurance slapped considering FL
Cons
Employees are fired basically after working on 1 job, which is not enough time to settle in. Especially, if you have expressed to the entire management team at the firm, that you have had no experience in that industry. It's almost like being a first year staff again and needing hand holding for certain industries as their is very specific guidelines and regulations to follow.
