There aren't any pros, I wish I could give one...maybe that the team takes shots in the middle of the work day?
Cons
EVERYTHING. This place is a complete joke. The managers don't know how to run the business, they don't give any goals, guidance, nothing. I'm not even sure what the managers do all day, just make an override on everyone else? This place is a revolving door and is so behind the times. There are minimal resources to help you do your job, a shared Careerbuilder account and a shared Monster account for ALL of Marcum Search, something like 2 or 3 log ins for each job board. The applicant tracking system is so outdated and SLOW. They hate to invest money to make money. Consistent issues with commission statements, money going to other recruiters instead of the recruiter the money should have gone to. They pay on a draw and will hire anyone, pretty much throw you into the job and say good luck and never pay attention to you again.
