He is not a great boss. He can be patronizing in front of clients, does not communicate well and does not pay well. Assistants and second shooters do not stick around this company because they grow tired of his antics. He does not want you to use photos you took for your portfolio to better yourself as a photographer yet any expenses you may need paid (gas, parking, batteries) he sees as your business expense and you should pay it. He also has a knack for making people cry
