Overall good expirience, just some things to improve - UX-UI Designer Mark Impulse Employee Review

The team atmosphere is genuinely great — very friendly, supportive, and open. People are always willing to help, answer questions, and explain things without making you feel stupid for being new. There’s a strong sense of mentoring here, and as a junior you really feel that the company is invested in your growth. The learning curve is steep in a good way: you get real tasks, real responsibility, and a real chance to grow your skills fast. Work pressure is reasonable, expectations are clear, and you’re not constantly stressed or micromanaged

For a junior role, the salary could definitely be higher, especially considering the workload and expectations. Sometimes there are too many meetings for tasks that could easily be handled asynchronously, which affects focus and productivity. Internal tools and documentation (especially Notion) still feel a bit messy and not always up to date, which can slow down onboarding and daily work

Super ekipa, fajna atmosfera, elastyczne godziny, można pogadać z szefem normalnie, klienci ciekawi i różnorodni.

Bywa zamieszanie z priorytetami, czasem wszystko jest “na wczoraj”, brak jasnych procedur na start, troche presja przy większych projektach.
