Somewhat good money. Flexible and good for students.

GM has favorites. It has been reported MULTIPLE times to HR by different people and they do absolutely nothing about it. Entire families work here. Other managers are direct relatives of people working below them and that isn’t allowed according to the employee handbook but nothing is done about it. I have to tip out at least $70+ a night to BOH. They get tipped out based on sales not tips made which makes no sense. This results in sometimes having to pay out of pocket to serve people who don’t tip. If you’re not a favorite you wont get more than one or two days a week.
