MFG provides employees with a great atmosphere. Everyone gets along with one another which allows for each department to communicate effectively and efficiently. Owners and directors keep employees engaged with various company wide events and initiatives.

Personally, I did not run into anything I did not like at MFG.

Employees, management and the owners are wonderful at MFG. Leadership at MFG will always support and help you an any way to advance your insurance education & further your career. Since accepting my position at MFG I've advanced in numerous positions that has furthered my insurance career. This wouldn't be possible without the amazing support of the owners. I truly feel they care are about each and every employee in the company!

I haven't experienced any "cons" while working at MFG, I recommend MFG to anyone in the insurance industry or looking to get into insurance!
