Pros
- decent pay. - many unique benefits such as tickets to major sporting events, but if you don't like sports then it's pointless. - decent end of year party. - can use as a filler role before you propel yourself to better roles/companies.
Cons
- no wfh option. - horrible working hours, most days were 9am-8pm for me regardless of being contracted 9-6:30 - senior management is blind to any sort of material progress within the company. - no sense of environmental responsibility. - all the systems and records are manual - still use massive files and tons of paper, nothing is electronic and everything is so outdated! - suspicious underwriting process on some deals. - minimal salary increases and horrible work culture. - embarrassing to be a part of a clueless team with rude employees who don't have a clue about professionalism.
