Unfortunately, there is little to say that is positive about this firm.

It is managed by a 75 year old despot who refuses to leave and ultimately continues to sign off on all decisions, the company is slowly dying and outmoded, innovation is a concept that is unheard of, and perhaps sadly of all, very good people with excellent potential are ousted if they don't suck up to the aged and tired CEO who is desperately trying to sell his company. This is the story of a company that is desperately trying to catch up with the times using desperate measures and one of a man who built his business kingdom and runs his private playground.
