You get to work with some great clients, including the biggest names in media, entertainment and technology. Unlike other research firms, however, it has a large engineering and data science team that is constantly creating new ways to innovate the research space. The pay is competitive with other research companies and it has a solid team of researchers across many categories.
Cons
MarketCast is a demanding workplace where you are expected to show up to work (yes, in-person) and deliver consistently and often. A lot of employees are struggling with this in a post-Covid world, especially those who joined through recent acquisitions.
