Pros
The office culture is close. It's a small business and it's impossible not to know everyone else in the company and understand what they do. The training is very good. The benefits could be better.
Cons
Personal growth could be a challenge if you don't know what you want to do. You need to continue to move forward in your career and it's easy to get caught in the same position if your not taking the proper steps.
