      Location with a view of the lake.

      Cons

      Too many to list, but the pay was bad, there were no raises and management was oblivious to current best practices in marketing and employee relations.

      Pros

      Leadership cares about their staff and wants to see them succeed. Team members are friendly and motivated. Leadership believes in working and playing hard, together.

      Cons

      Deadlines can be challenging. Sense of friendly competition can escalate during stressful times. Office space was at a premium for the size of team during my tenure.
