- You can learn and do a lot here, but have to go get it. Ask, push, impose, put yourself out there
- Management is accessible, but again, don't wait to be invited.
- Real access and exposure to industry senior leadership, but push/prove yourself to be involved
- Small enough you matter, big enough for you to have security
Cons
- Roles and responsibilities need work. Balance between flexible (startup) vs defined (matrix) hasn't caught up with firm growth
- Some deadwood, some checked out people
- Needs sharper focus on product market fit, prioritization of resources
