      Working at MPS has given me the opportunity to do what I love, grow my skills, and have fun doing it. My co-workers are all kind, fun, and smart which makes coming to work enjoyable. The future of MPS is bright and it's exciting to be part of an innovative company that makes a strong impact on its clients. Leadership is transparent, encouraging, and communicates well to work together as a team.

      Pros

      - you get to work on clients of all sizes, from Fortune 50 brands to startups. - the people here are great - leadership and colleagues really care about your development as a professional, and about you as a person. - transparency into the performance of the company with monthly/quarterly company-wide meetings. - the work you do matters - we are focused on accelerating sales for our clients, so you get to see the impact of the work that you do. - dogs, lots of dogs.

      Cons

      - we have grown rapidly over the last 2 years, so there have been times where we've grown so fast that it's hard to hire people quickly enough to offset the additional work. Management has made a concerted effort to address this, though.
