• Toxic/Farcical “One Team” dynamic enforced by non-charismatic leadership team (lots of internal marketing) • Poorly managed software/data • Priorities that hard-pivot month-to-month • Dramatic amounts of employee turnover • General job insecurity (2 rounds of layoffs in the last year) based on company performance • Meetings meetings meetings meetings meetings meetings meetings meetings • Poor work/life balance since the company wants you to be logged in on Slack on your phone (also tried to push “Work/Life Blend” which sounds straight up dystopian) • Non-standard work practices (was told often that “no other companies do [x] this way”)
