Pros
The only pros I can think of is the food coupon they had started giving.
Cons
Extremely disorganized as a team. As a writer you need some time and silence to complete your work, but over here there were 3 managers constantly pinging me and interrupting. Its okay to interrupt somebody if you want to offer constructive criticism, but they would interrupt because they had no communication amongst each other. There were 2 marketing managers and 1 writing manager. The writing manager was super sweet, but the other managers would do absolutely nothing every day but constantly hover over our heads and disturb us while we were working. One manager would give one feedback while the other would give feedback on my writing that would be completely contradictory to the first manager - leaving me soo confusedd I even cried on call because of this.
