Pros

Generally easy job if you have basic knowledge of ERP system If you are lucky, you will get the nicest managers who are willing to guide you through most obstacles.

Cons

The leadership has truly mastered the art of maintaining an environment where innovation is consistently discussed but never supported. The commitment to ‘work-life balance’ is particularly commendable—employees are regularly given the opportunity to ‘balance’ their workload across evenings and weekends. Collaboration is strongly encouraged, especially when it comes to sharing credit upwards while accountability is carefully reserved for those at the bottom. Transparency is a core value here, evident in how decisions are made in exclusive meetings, later communicated as inevitable outcomes. The company fosters a dynamic feedback culture where employees are always welcome to share their thoughts—though, of course, career progression tends to be smoother for those who choose not to. Morale is consistently managed through a well-structured cycle of burnout, disillusionment, and strategic attrition, ensuring that only the most resilient (or least resistant) remain. Overall, This company has successfully built a workplace where employees don’t just work for the company—they survive in it.

Pros

Colleagues are nice and help you out when you are struggling. Sometimes we do treat one another.

Cons

Workload can be detrimental to one’s health when not careful, some of the new changes contribute to the old workload altogether. Leading people to take more than what max workload needed. Ventilation can be bad if you feel it at times. Even with enough rest, the environment drains you when you’re inside the company. Salary do lowball. Culture can be a hit or miss at times.
