Pros
Great first job. Right off the bat, as an entry level job, I got exposure to finance, different types of investments, mathematical models, vast amounts of data, and a bit of programming. Not only that but I got first hand experience in working along side clients from very reputable companies. Close knit and interesting group of coworkers. Monthly socials. Office is in a great location.
Cons
Pay is a bit lower compared to working at a larger financial institution.
