      Strong deal flow consistently closing +30 deals per year despite macro headwinds. Obviously means hard work for the team Comes with an excellent learning experience as you accumulate knowledge on different deals, sectors, cap structures, documentation, etc. Nice management at the top — flexible and understanding. Nice junior pool.
