easy to get an an offer; they will take care of legal questions; some training is available; well known by some staffing companies
Cons
if you need something you will never reach to the management; it is like "diploma mill" but within professional consulting, one finishes college, gets the job at Marlabs - next thing you see in his resume - 7-8 years of experience in industry.
