Marmot has a great work environment, all day you get to interact with like minded employees and customers who love the outdoors. My manager was great and I really enjoyed working there.

Just like any retail job, you may have to work holidays.

My coworkers are amazing & most have been there for years

Company was amazing until it was bought out twice. Very sad to see such an amazing company with quality products go downward.
