Pros
1. Ability to do meaningful work for our clients using customized technology, marketing, and team support.
2, True teamwork with a group of like-minded, supportive co-workers who show up to do their best every day.
3. There is real opportunity for growth if you're looking to create a role that plays to your strengths and/or learn something new!
4. Great employee benefits including company paid health insurance, matching 401k, remote work option, generous PTO
Cons
The volume of work requires you to stay organized or things will fall through the cracks. There is also a lot of autonomy and independent work, which can be isolating at times for remote workers. No "off-season" for well-being benefits can cause burnout if you aren't proactive about time off.
