Pros
Worked with this organization for many years. I gained valuable knowledge learning front of house, back of house and accounting and bookkeeping. The customer service skills that I acquired are more valuable than I can express.
Cons
Within any situation depending on how you perceive it and what you have learned from that situation will determine if you view it as a con or a pro. With that being said, I have no cons. I learned something from every situation and it helped me to grow and advance.
