There aren’t any positives to working at this place. Oh maybe the free parking but that’s all I can come up with.
Cons
Where do I start? This has to be THE worst place I have ever worked! They call it a “family” but that is one malicious, backstabbing family! If you aren't willing to be fake or suck up to the key people then you’re life will be made hell. Pay is awful! Number of holidays was the minimum they have to give. In fact eveything was minimum. They didn’t have a clue! If you want to work somewhere you feel part of a team and cared for them Marsh Finance is not for you! The culture is so toxic and the only reason people stay is because they all live locally so “it’s easy”. There was absolutely no diversity. If you aren’t white British then it’s unlikely you will have a career at Marsh.
- Culture. - Package. - People. - Work from home. - Parking. - Management. You're rightly judged on your performance and not micromanaged. There is a lot of trust given to do your job and many rewards too.
Cons
Genuinely I have not experienced any at the moment that are worth mentioning. I feel like the firm provides and positive safe place for employees with a lot of opportunity and support. I know some people raise concerns but end of the day you get what you give. 🤷♂️
