Pros
Like with every company, who you work with matters. I don't understand all the bad reviews here. Every I work with at the company is bright, humble, kind, and successful. There is work life balance and it is possible to work from home when needed No micro managers Lots of interesting work and clients Recently hired lots of senior managers with great experience Doing interesting System 1 product innovation A real focus on client management GREAT researchers!
Cons
Some teams are overworked but not to the same extent as other MR companies out there IMHO. At least one the acquisitions hasn't worked out as well as expected, and the software has needed a lot of dev
