Extreme micromanagement from the hysterical management. Lots of worthless meetings all about how they would micromanage everyone, taking so much of your time. They wouldn't listen to anyone but themselves. All opinions and suggestion were blatantly ignored. You have to be a "yes" person, anyone that tends to have an opposite viewpoint will be fired.
