It is a platform to learn and grow your technical skills 3. Start up Environment. Lot of opportunities to get your hands dirty but one should have self motivation and take own initiatives 4. Cafeteria, Flexible Hours and Gym

      1. Compensation is below average when compared to other semiconductor companies in silicon valley 2. Absence of strong management and leadership team 3. Sharing information across teams is not transparent

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
