Pros
It's a fun place to work with not so-boring peoples. The project schedule is tight but acceptable. People work out a lot to keep healthy. you can come in late or leave early as long as you could finish your job in time.
Cons
a lot of people got salary cut when joining this company unless you are under-payed; Job title is hard to negotiate.
