Pros
Company doing great things in terms of getting the right pieces/partners to being a great business. Collaboration is great and transparency has been great with management.
Cons
Culture has gotten better (away from the founders days) under Matt M. but the salary structure has been below the industry average due to constantly chasing , financial goals, and not really caring about the workers who live in the most expensive housing market the nation. How are we going to survive? The option to work remotely has also been not given by the management, which would have been easier for those people who need space and time for the kids, as we found during the pandemic. The employees still performed during all that time away from work (better since they were able to give more time to work)- but with less than average pay and forcing employees to come to work when there are other options won't work to Marvell's advantage.
